Cancellation and refund policy
This policy explains how booking cancellations and refunds are handled for reservations made on BlotoDrive at blotodrive.com.
1. Cancellation before pickup
You can request cancellation before the scheduled pickup time by contacting our team at contact@blotopay.com or +212 630-401846.
2. Refund eligibility
No online prepayment is collected at booking stage. Payment is made at delivery/pickup, so no refund is due for cancellations made before payment.
3. No-show and late cancellation
If you do not show up at pickup time or cancel too late for operational preparation, your booking request may be marked as no-show and vehicle availability may no longer be guaranteed for that period.
